Terms & Conditions

All my work is individually hand painted so each piece is unique. This is an important part of my work practice. I do not hold stock of the more expensive items and have very limited stock of the smaller items.

No two items are identical.

Stock permitting I will dispatch goods as soon as I can. Please allow up to 30 Days for delivery for on ordered item.

 

Returns

If you would like to amend details to your order please contact me by email as soon as possible.

I am happy to exchange goods or offer a credit note.

However return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

I am happy to replace any goods that may arrive damaged.  Should this happen please return the item by registered post with their original packaging within 10 days.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s reasonability.

Commissioned orders cannot be exchanged.

Payment Options.

All prices are in €. The Stripe online payment service accepts most major credit cards (visa, Visa Debit American Express.)

Prices are in €. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit or debit Card Company.

Shipping

Free Postage throughout Ireland.

International shipping charges will be applied and calculated according to weight and destination.
